- High conflict custody and child support arising from a paternity case with mutual domestic violence allegations of coercive control. Parties needed to agree to a custody plan that included a parenting counselor, stepped up custody arrangement and provisions for support and housing for three babies. Matter settled with an agreement that encompassed all of the above conditions and a 12 day hearing was averted.
- Custody dispute involving a potential move away. Small child with educational special needs. The parties ultimately reached a resolution that resulted in the parent seeking the move away agreed to stay. A very high conflict, yet it resolved without a lengthy trial.
